By signing up for the Brainly AI Affiliate Program, you indicate that you agree with these Terms and Conditions. You will only officially become an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) after your submission is reviewed and accepted. As an authorized Affiliate of Brainly AI, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and understand that any breach may result in termination of your participation in the program. Please read these Terms carefully before registering and promoting Brainly AI as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the program allows you to legally promote Brainly AI and receive recurring commissions on subscriptions purchased by customers referred through your unique affiliate link.

To apply, you must complete and submit the Affiliate Program application form. All commissions are paid via PayPal, unless another arrangement has been made directly with the Brainly AI team.

1. Approval or rejection of the application

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Once your application is submitted, our team will review it, which may take several days. If approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your acceptance and a link to your Affiliate Dashboard.

If your application is rejected, you may still promote Brainly AI independently, but you will not be considered an official Affiliate and will not receive commissions. You are welcome to reapply in the future.

If your affiliate status is later terminated, you will no longer receive payouts for any referrals or promotional activities. In such cases, reapplication under the same or a different name or email will not be permitted.

2. Affiliate account

Account creation

To participate, you must create an affiliate account via the designated registration form. You must provide accurate and complete information and describe how you plan to promote Brainly AI. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with login details for your Affiliate Dashboard.

Responsibility for your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify Brainly AI of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Liability for misuse

Brainly AI is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account or password. You may be held responsible for losses incurred by Brainly AI or others due to your account misuse.

Account security

By creating an account, you acknowledge that your information is stored and managed through our affiliate platform. You agree to that platform’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, in addition to Brainly AI’s own privacy standards.

3. Commissions

Commission conditions

Affiliates earn a recurring commission for every paying customer referred via their unique link.
To qualify:

• The purchase must occur after you have registered for the program.
• The referral must be tracked through the official tracking system, confirming that the customer signed up via your unique affiliate link.
• Self-referrals are not permitted. You cannot earn commissions on your own accounts, family members, or within the same company.

Commissions are recurring for the lifetime of each referred customer’s account, and rates vary depending on the subscription plan (5–12%).

Affiliates can also earn sub-affiliate commissions on sales made by affiliates they recruit, according to Brainly AI’s current multi-tier commission structure.

Commission payout

Payouts are made monthly via PayPal. There is no minimum balance requirement.

Only completed, non-refunded transactions are eligible for commissions. If a referred sale is refunded or charged back after payment, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your next payout.

4. Termination of affiliate status

Your participation may be rejected, suspended, or terminated at any time for the following reasons:

• False, misleading, or inappropriate advertising
• Spamming or mass unsolicited messages
• Promotion on websites containing illegal, offensive, or infringing material
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship when required by law
• Violation of Brainly AI’s intellectual property or brand guidelines
• Any activity deemed harmful to Brainly AI’s reputation or customers

Brainly AI reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

5. Affiliate links and marketing

Affiliates may promote Brainly AI using official links, graphics, and text provided by Brainly AI, or create their own materials, provided they remain accurate and compliant with these terms.

Links may be used in:

• Websites and landing pages
• Social media posts and paid campaigns (with restrictions)
• Email newsletters
• Blogs or digital content

Any custom content or creatives must not mislead users or misrepresent the brand.

6. Pay-per-click (PPC) policy

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Brainly AI-branded terms (e.g., “Brainly,” “Brainly AI,” or related trademarks) in search engines or PPC campaigns without prior written permission.

7. Liability disclaimer

Brainly AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue or commissions) arising from tracking failures, data loss, or program interruptions.

We make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the affiliate tracking system or Brainly AI’s website.

8. Term and modification

This agreement takes effect upon your acceptance into the program and remains in force until your affiliate account is terminated.

Brainly AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your participation. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
